At a contested special court-martial with members, Corporal Rayheem Green was convicted of a number of charges involving indecent and inappropriate contact with a female Marine, including the offense of indecent lan guage. 1 He was sentenced to confinement for four months, reduction to pay grade E-l, forfeiture of $867.00 pay per month for a period of four months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
