ALBRITTON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This suit arises out of the termination of the Plaintiffs position as Public Safety Director of the City of Lafayette, Alabama. The named Defendants are the City of Lafayette, and the mayor and City Council members in their individual and official capacities.
