Plaintiffs seek monetary damages as well as injunctive relief arising out of the termination of their employment as deputies in the Sheriffs Office for Chilton County. Plaintiffs are suing their former employer, Sheriff Ken Davis, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that his termination of their employment violated their due process and freedom of speech rights.
