EAGER, Presiding Judge.

In this case the City of Kansas City filed its proceedings to condemn Lots 2-6, inclusive, Block 11, Woodswether Industrial District; the property is located on the north side of the Central Industrial District and very near the Missouri River. It is located on the north side of Woodswether Road, and is separated by one lot on the east from Liberty Street. The tract is 225 feet east and west by 125 feet north and south. The purpose of the condemnation is to acquire the property in fee simple as a part of the site for Kansas City’s sewage treatment facility. Proceeding…
