William and Deborah Jonak (collectively, “Appellants”)1 appeal from a judgment granting Emerald Pointe, L.L.C. and Emerald Pointe Property Owners Master Association, Inc. (collectively, “Respondents”) an injunction preventing Appellants from subdividing their property, declaring that Appellants did not have an easement to use a designated roadway, and finding Appellants in breach of contract and subject to Emerald Pointe2 subdivision restrictive covenants.
