This is an action instituted by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, against Independent Stave Company, Inc., a corporation, and James E. Boswell, as the president, principal stockholder and officer primarily responsible for employment and wage practices, to enjoin them from violating the provisions of Sections 15(a) (1), (2) and (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended.
