LYNNE, Chief Judge.

This is a suit brought by the Secretary of Labor under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (hereinafter referred to as “FLSA”), 29 U.S.C.A. § 217, as amended, to restrain alleged violations of that Act, including specifically the withholding of unpaid wages due certain employees of defendants.
