Plaintiff Margolies and defendant Zimmerman entered into a written agreement of partnership in the business of buying, selling and distributing radios, radio equipment and electrical appliances at wholesale and retail. The term of the partnership was to begin on December 1, 1937, and end, in the absence of a certain prescribed notice, on November 30, 1939.
