— This is an action to enforce specifically an agreement to arbitrate under section 3 of the Arbitration Act of April 25, 1927, P. L. 381, 5 PS §163. The case was heard after petition and answer and waiver of a jury trial. Exceptions to the findings of the trial judge in dismissing plaintiff’s petition have been dismissed by this court.
