In this sex discrimination and retaliation case brought under the Civil Rights Act (cra), MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) el seq., plaintiff appeals as of right from the circuit court’s orders severing plaintiff’s case from that of a coplaintiff; precluding plaintiff from presenting evidence relating to her psychological, emotional, or physical condition in support of her claims for noneconomic damages; and granting dismissal in favor of defendants.
