This is an appeal of the trial court’s entry of partial summary judgment in favor of appellee Cash, Sullivan and Cross Insurance Agency, Inc. (CSC) against appellants Stefan Robert Ferguson and Robert Ferguson. 1
The trial court ruled Ferguson could not maintain a direct cause of action against CSC for its alleged negligence in failing to procure an umbrella liability insurance policy for its insured, David Wick, Inc. dba Oak Greek Ranch School (Wick), sufficient to satisfy an $8,400,000.00 judgment award against Wick.
