MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Mark & Anita Jones (“the Joneses”) filed suit in this court alleging that Citibank, Federal Savings Bank (“Citibank”), violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691 (1988), the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601-3631 (1992), sections 1981 and 1982 of Title 42, 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (1991), 42 U.S.C. § 1982 (1988), and Federal Reserve Regulation 202.9, 12 C.F.R. § 202.9 (1993). Citibank moves this court for summary judgment, arguing that all of these claims are barred by the respective statutes of limitations. For the…
