Plaintiff-appellant and cross-appellee, Jack Colboch, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of defendant-appellee and cross-appellant, Uniroyal Tire Company, Inc. Plaintiff raises two assignments of error questioning (1) the instructions given to the jury, and (2) the granting of a directed verdict for the defense on the issue of a manufacturing defect. On appeal, defendant raises three cross-assignments of error asserting that (1) the trial court erred in not allowing defense of assumption of the risk, (2) plaintiffs expert should not have been permitted to testify, and (3)…
