{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Dolgencorp, Inc., d.b.a. Dollar General Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Dollar General"), appeals the judgments of the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas, granting Plaintiff-Appellee, Kristina M. Coffey, the right to receive workers' compensation benefits and denying its motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial.
