This is a proceeding in injunction to restrain the sheriff of Logan county from selling under execution the following described property, to-wit; Lot numbered 13, in block 56, in Guthrie proper, in Logan county, for the reason that the property was, and is exempt from execution as the homestead of the plaintiffs in error. In the year 1890, Irwin S.
