¶ 1 In this personal injury action filed under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51 through 60, defendant/appellant Southern Pacific Transportation Company (SP) appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff/appellee Dennis Yauch.
