OPINION

IRVINE, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 Physiotherapy Associates appeals from the trial court’s rulings, judgment, and award of damages to Appellee Kenneth Felder. We find that the trial court properly allowed the jury to determine Felder’s lost earning ca pacity as a professional baseball player. Therefore, we affirm.
