This action concerns the potential liability of the defendants Osmose Wood Preserving Company of America, Inc. (“Os-mose”), Bemuth Lembcke (“Bemuth”), Reilly Tar & Chemical Company, Allied Chemical Corporation, USX Corporation and Koppers Company, Inc.
