On February 13, 1923, plaintiff commenced this action to impress upon certain real property a trust which she alleged arose from the purchase of such property with funds of a partnership which she alleged had been formed by her former husband, O. G. Dixon, his father, F. S. Dixon, and his brother, A. H. Dixon, some time in the year 1908 for the conduct of an undertaking business in the city of Bakersfield.
