Opinion
GRUENDEL, J.
The plaintiffs, David Caron Chrysler Motors, LLC, and David A. Caron, appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, Good-hall’s, Inc., Goodhall’s Garage, Inc., and Lucille *150Goodhall, administratrix of the estate of Wallace Good-hall, Jr.1 On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that the court improperly found that there was no enforceable lease between the plaintiffs and the defendants, and, therefore, the defendants could not be hable for any damages arising out of various claimed breaches of the lease. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
