GILBERTSON, Justice.

On October 19, 1994, the South Dakota Board of Bar Examiners held a formal hearing to determine whether Harold K. Widdi-son had demonstrated good moral character necessary to be admitted to the practice of law in South Dakota. Widdison appeals the Board’s order denying his admission to practice law in this state and denying his motion for a new hearing. We affirm.
