WUEST, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the decision of the trial court which denied the appellant a declaration of rights or, alternatively, reformation of a contract for deed, and denied appellant’s motion for a new trial. We affirm.

On September 22, 1981, the parties entered into a contract for deed for the sale of certain designated real property from the sellers, Enchanted World Doll Museum (Enchanted World), a South Dakota corporation, to the buyers, Maxine Buskohl and Connie Buskohl Barney.
