Appellee’s double-track railway • runs through the city of Chariton in a generally east and west direction. Braden Avenue and Court Avenue are parallel streets, 400 feet or more apart, leading west, the former from the northAvest comer, and the latter from the southwest comer, of the public square. Appellee’s tracks coming from the northwest, curve at about Braden Avenue, and run south to Court Avenue, beyond AAfhich they turn to the southeast.
