Greater Eastern Transport (“GET”) brought this action, invoking the Court’s diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, against Waste Management of Connecticut, Inc. (“Waste Management”) alleging breach of contract and breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing. Waste Management asserted counterclaims for breach of contract and breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing and now moves for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c).
