Plaintiff: and respondent, hereinafter called dealer, in the conduct of a used-car business, had made arrangements with the defendant and appellant for financing in connection with the operation of the said business. These arrangements contemplated the financing of ears which were on dealer’s premises classified as “floorings”, as well as the financing of ears which were sold by dealer on conditional sales contracts, classified as “contract purchasers”.
