OPINION AND ORDER

BAER, District Judge.

Defendant, The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York (“Columbia”) move to dismiss each of the eight claims in plaintiffs amended complaint. For the following reasons, Columbia’s motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND

In September 1998, plaintiff Richard Chira (“Chira”) enrolled in a masters-degree program in East Asian Studies at Columbia’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (“GSAS”) for the 1998-1999 academic year.
