(“IAN”) filed a complaint against defendant-appellee American Telephone and Telegraph Company (“AT&T”) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (McKenna, /.), alleging, among other claims, violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2.
