In this workers’ compensation case, the only question is whether the Caddys, who acted as “general contractors” for the construction of their own home, were employers for purposes of workers’ compensation. The Board held that they were, and they seek review.
The Caddys, husband and wife, are in the medical profession. They designed their own home and hired a draftsman to draw up the plans.
