¶ 1 Appellant, as administrator of her father’s estate, brought an action against the personal care home where he was residing [Disston] and its owners, managers and/or corporate officers [collectively referred to as the Mittal defendants].1 Appellant sought relief based on claims of negligence, breach of contract and violation of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-209.
