Jack Hill, Sr. and Cheryl Hill, individually and as co-administrators of the estate of Jack Hill, Jr. ("Mr. Hill"), deceased, (collectively "Appellants"), appeal from the order entered on January 20, 2015. The January 20, 2015 order made final a portion of the order entered on December 22, 2014, that granted the preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer filed by the National Collegiate Athletic Association ("the NCAA") and dismissed with prejudice Appellants' claims against the NCAA.
