On December 4, 2007, the Court conditionally certified a settlement class and prelimi*143narily approved a settlement resolving the multidistriet, consumer-fraud litigation filed against the defendants, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (“Take-Two”) and Rocks-tar Games, Inc. (“Rockstar”).
