In refusing to confirm the second sale, the court apparently intended to act in pursuance of the equitable rules stated in Suring State Bank v. Giese, 210 Wis. 489, 246 N. W. 556, and in compliance with sec. 278.105 (2), Stats. 1935, which provides:
