Plaintiff is the trustee under a bond mortgage in the amount of $80,000 given by defendants in 1914 covering property owned by them in the city of Grand Rapids. Default occurred in payment of interest due March 1, 1932, of taxes for the years 1930 and 1931, .and also of a special assessment against the property for 1931.
