OPINION

FLÓREZ, J.

¶ 1 After a bench trial, appellant Timothy Ossana was found guilty of possession of a narcotic drug, a class two felony, and posses sion of drug paraphernalia, a class six felony. He was sentenced to concurrent, presumptive prison terms of 2.5 years for the drug possession conviction and one year for the paraphernalia possession conviction. 1 We affirm his convictions and the sentence on count two. However, we vacate the sentence imposed on count one.
