Defendant-appellant, Peter Langan, appeals from the judgments of the Hamilton County Municipal Court in which he was convicted, following a jury trial, of two violations of Cincinnati Municipal Code 708-37 (“CMC 708-37”), 1 which prohibits the possession of semiautomatic firearms and detachable magazines of certain capacities. Appellant was sentenced to serve one hundred twenty-one days on each charge, with the terms to run concurrently.
