In this workers’ compensation appeal, Renee Zuchelli (Claimant) asks whether a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) erred in denying her claim petition seeking indemnity benefits for a closed period of two-and-a-half months. The WCJ also denied Claimant’s penalty petition. Claimant asserts her claim was compensable as a matter of law where her employer did not file an appropriate document regarding her injury.
