Plaintiff Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) filed the instant diversity jurisdiction action against defendants Sylvester L. Chaney, Lillie M. Chaney (collectively “the Chaneys”), and Karen Matson, seeking a declaration that it has no duty to defend or indemnify the Chaneys in an underlying state court action.
