Defendants Pfizer, Inc. (“Pfizer”) and William C. Steere Jr. (“Steere”) have moved for summary judgment in this action brought by plaintiff Maureen Branker (“Branker”), under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), N.Y.
