I. Introduction
Plaintiff Sonia Elaine Butler (“Butler”), a former fitness instructor at the New York Health & Racquet Club (“NYHRC”), brings this action against NYHRC and Maryann Donner (“Donner”), her supervisor at NYHRC (together, the “Defendants”), alleging that they discriminated against her on the basis of her age, race, and gender, and later retaliated against her.
