Plaintiffs John McCormack (“McCor-mack”), Mark Lingl (“Lingl”), and Ron Shelton (“Shelton”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed the instant Amended Complaint against International Business Machines Corp. (“IBM” or “Defendant”) on behalf of themselves and a class of similarly-situated IBM employees and former employees.
