This is not the same case as Coker V. Atlanta, 186 Ga. 473 (198 S. E. 74), but it is akin to it. In that case Coker sought to enjoin the city and its officers from prosecuting him for carrying on the business of an electrical contractor without a license, on the ground that the city would not issue him a license unless he would stand an examination, and that the ordinance requiring the examination was void for a number of assigned reasons.
