Plaintiffs, Bessie D. Drennen et al., appeal from a judgment for defendant, County of Ventura, in their inverse condemnation action. The judgment was rendered after trial to the court of the county’s special defense that the owners of the Santa Susana Airport (the Chester L. Fosters) had acquired a specified prescriptive avigation easement over certain land of plaintiffs lying next to the airport and within the normal landing corridor to the airport’s sole runway.
