In this patent infringement suit, Zoltek Corporation (“Zoltek”) alleges that the Government, through the Department of the Air Force, caused the manufacture of carbon fiber sheet or mat products that infringe United States Patent No. Reissue 34,162 (“the '162 patent” or “the Patent”), belonging to Zoltek. The case is now before the Court on the Government’s Motion for Summary Judgment, along with cross-motions to strike expert testimony and reports.
