This is an appeal from an orl der of the district judge of the Twenty-Third judicial district, sitting in chambers, granting a temporary injunction, returnable to the district court of Wharton county, upon the application of R. E. Higbee and others, against Wharton County Drainage District No. 1, its commissioners, and the county judge and other officers of Wharton county.
