Laura E. Newsome (who bad been Laura E. Glover by intermarriage with J. M. Glover, from whom she was afterward divorced) filed an equitable petition against J. M. Glover, alleging, that the defendant had conveyed' to her a certain lot of land, and that she was the owner of it in fee simple; that she took possession of it and occupied it through tenants; that, about eight years after the date of the deed, her tenant moved from the property, and immediately the defendant wrongfully took possession of it.
