This case was here at the March term, 1901, when a judgment of the superior court of Taliaferro county, denying an interlocutory injunction to Portwood and Anderson, who were then the plaintiffs in error, was affirmed. See 113 Ga. 815. The general nature of the case being disclosed by the statement of facts embraced in the opinion then filed, it is unnecessary to here repeat the same.
