MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Presently before this court is a motion by the defendant, The City of Detroit, Detroit Fire Department, to dismiss this action on the grounds of res judicata and collateral estoppel. For the following reasons, the motion will be granted. 1
