I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Eon Corp. IP Holdings LLC (“plaintiff’) filed the present patent litigation against 17 parties on September 23, 2010.1 (D.I. 1) Plaintiff filed its first amended complaint (D.I. 33) on October 28, 2010, which defendants moved to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim.
