This action seeks to hold the principal and one surety, Ettie M. Northrop, upon a probate bond, and J. Francis Calef, the executor of the will of another surety, Arthur B. Calef, who was also a distributee of such surety. All of these parties are properly in court and all the steps requisite to be taken to hold the principal, the living surety, and the representative and the distributee of the estate of the deceased surety, have been taken.
