DAVID G. HAYES, Judge.

The appellant, Darrell R. Kennedy, was convicted by a jury in the Shelby Criminal Court of two counts of theft of property over $1,000 1 and one count of aggravated rape. He was sentenced as a range II multiple offender to six year sentences for each theft conviction and thirty-five years for the aggravated rape conviction. The trial court ordered the sentences for aggravated rape and theft under Count One to run consecutively.
